Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident in every WOC Wear purchase. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, pierced jewellery and items clearly marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, sizing or preference returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. If WOC Wear sends the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the bank or payment provider.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return postage and required customs documentation unless an item is faulty or incorrect. Duties and taxes previously paid may need to be reclaimed from the relevant customs authority.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
