Shipping & Delivery
WOC Wear is based in South Africa and ships to supported international destinations. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Orders may require processing before dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, high-volume launches, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout specifically states these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact WOC Wear as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting information so we can investigate.
